Corporate and Trade Law Review (CTLR) is a peer-reviewed journal published by the International Business Law Program of Universitas Prasetiya Mulya. The objective of this journal is to disseminate and spread knowledge to law students, practitioners, and other interested parties in the field of corporate and trade law aiming at local, national, and international impacts. The scope of CTLR includes corporate law, trade law, commercial law, maritime law, intellectual property law, international law, investment law, tax law, bankruptcy law, digital law, and other fields related to corporate and trade law.
