Abstract

Banyak perusahaan gagal mengimplementasikan Just-In-Time (JIT). Ada dua penyebab utama kegagalan tersebut. Penyebab utama yang pertama adalah kekeliruan konsepsi (misconception) mengenai filosofi operasional JIT dan yang kedua. adalah kurangnya persiapan sebelum mengimplementasikan JIT.
