Journal Policies

Focus and Scope
The scope of CTLR includes corporate law, trade law, commercial law, bankruptcy law, maritime law, intellectual property law, international law, investment law, tax law, maritime law, digital law, and other fields of law that are related to corporate and trade law.

Manuscript Submission Procedure
Authors should submit their manuscripts to the Editor in Chief through OJS or through e-mail Manuscript must be submitted in a Microsoft Word format, adhering to Corporate and Trade Law Review template provided by the Journal.

Language Requirement
CTLR publishes original research articles or conceptual articles in English. 

Publication Frequency
CTLR is published two times a year in December and June. Further informations on the deadline can be found in the call for papers announcement in CTLR website.

Review Policy
Once submitted, manuscripts will be reviewed by members of the editorial team, and after passing the preliminary review, will be sent to CTLR peer reviewers in accordance with the expertise and familiarity with the topic of the manuscript. The editorial team will subsequently inform the author regarding the acceptance, rejection, or revisions for the manuscript.
