As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
Author Guidelines
The Lawpreneurship Journal(TLJ) is a peer-reviewed journal published by the International Business Law Program of Universitas Prasetiya Mulya. The objective of this journal is to disseminate and spread knowledge to law students, practitioners and other interested parties on the field of business law which is aiming at local, national, and international impacts.
TLJ are opening submissions for undergraduate (S1) and postgraduate (S2) originally made article for The Lawpreneurship Journal.
The scope of TLJ includes intellectual property law, company law, competition law, consumer protection law, investment law, trade law, and other subtopics in accordance with the current trend.
Manuscript Submission Procedure
Authors should submit their manuscripts to the Editor in Chief through e-mail lawpreneurship.journal@pmbs.ac.id. Manuscript must be submitted in a Microsoft Word format, adhering to The Lawpreneruship Journal template provided by the Editorial Board.
Language Requirement
TLJ publishes original research articles or conceptual articles in English. Submissions in Bahasa Indonesia will be translated by TLJ team in order to comply with the journal’s language requirement.
Publication Frequency
TLJ is published two times a year in June, and December. Further information on the deadline can be found in the call for papers announcement in TLJ website.
Review Policy
Once submitted, manuscripts will be reviewed by members of the editorial team, and after passing the preliminary review, will be sent to TLJ peer reviewers in accordance with the expertise and familiarity with the topic of the manuscript. The editorial team will subsequently inform the author regarding the acceptance, rejection, or revisions for the manuscript.
Paper Format
TLJ accepts manuscripts that are between 4000-10000 words that adhere to TLJ’s Manuscript Template. The manuscript should contain: title (maximum 15 words), abstract (100-200 words), keywords, introductions, methodology, results and discussion, conclusion, and bibliography.
Citations
The bibliography should be written in the American Psychological Association (APA) citation style. Please only refer to sources that are published in the last 10 (ten) years and the use of citation management softwares such as Mendeley, Zotero or EndNote is advised.

An objective of the TLJ is to promote the wide dissemination of the results of systematic scholarly inquiries into the broad field of business law. Permission is hereby granted to reproduce any of the contents of the journal for use in courses of instruction, as long as the source and “TLJ copyright” are indicated in any such reproductions.
Written application must be made to the Editor in Chief for permission to reproduce any of the contents of the journal for use in other than course of instruction—e.g., inclusion in books of readings or in any other publications intended for general distribution. In consideration for the grant of permission by the journal in such instances, the applicant must notify the author(s) in writing of the intended use to be made of each reproduction. Normally, the journal will not access a charge for the waiver of copyright.
Except where otherwise noted in articles, the copyright of articles in the journal has been transferred to the TLJ. Where the author(s) has (have) not transferred the copyright to the TLJ, the applicant must seek a permission to reproduce (for all purpose) directly from the author(s).
