This study aims to analyze cases of alleged violations of the Financial Fair Play regulations alleged by the Premier League against the Manchester City Club. By approaching the case study through available information and related documents, the study analyzes what forms of potential violations are committed, what potential sanctions are acceptable, and what impact or financial losses the club may suffer from the violation of the regulations. The findings indicate that there are a number of potential breaches and potential sanctions as well as financial losses that the club may suffer.
