This research aims to identify and analyze the implementation of good corporate governance, as well as to examine the role of stakeholders in corporate governance practices at PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. This research utilizes qualitative through interviews with relevant parties and analyzing the company’s annual reports during the period 2018-2022. The results of research indicate that PT Semen Indonesia has effectively implemented good corporate governance. However, there are still self control gaps that lead to fraud within SIG’s subsidiary, PT PT Bima Sepaja Abadi. SIG’s responsive approach to this issue reaffirms its commitment to integrity and the implementation of good corporate governance principles. This study is expected to provide a deeper understanding of the importance of involving all stakeholders in implementing good corporate governance  to minimize fraud in the future.
