Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pelaksanaan pemberdayaan masyarakat difabel melalui program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Pandawa Patra PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Boyolali. Program ini dirancang dengan pendekatan inklusif yang menempatkan penyandang disabilitas sebagai subjek utama dalam kegiatan pemberdayaan sosial dan ekonomi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi lapangan dan wawancara mendalam dengan anggota kelompok difabel penerima manfaat program. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program CSR Pandawa Patra berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan keterampilan, kepercayaan diri, serta partisipasi ekonomi penyandang disabilitas, khususnya melalui kegiatan Sekolah Tani Rakyat (SETARA), Difablepreneur, dan pertanian terpadu. Meskipun dampak ekonomi dirasakan belum merata, program ini menjadi fondasi penting dalam membangun kemandirian dan pemberdayaan masyarakat difabel secara berkelanjutan.
