Abstract
Akbar Snacks is a home-based business in Sampora Village, Kuningan, specializing in snack production. With increasing demand, especially from tourists and local residents, Akbar Snacks aims to expand its product line by introducing frozen food to extend shelf life and reach a wider market. This community development program supports Akbar Snacks by introducing new frozen products such as risol and cimol, providing training on proper storage using freezers of refrigerator, and improving packaging to enhance product appeal. Additionally, the team assists in digital marketing through social media and e-commerce to increase brand awareness. The results show a positive response to frozen food products, particularly during Ramadhan, when people seek convenient meal options. However, a key challenge remains in educating consumers about the practicality and quality of frozen food. With the right marketing strategies and product improvements, Akbar Snacks is expected to expand its consumer reach sustainably.
