Abstract

Desa Cipasung, Kecamatan Darma, Kabupaten Kuningan, Jawa Barat, memiliki potensi objek wisata bernama Sisi Sagara. Namun, tempat ini telah ditutup semenjak pandemi Covid-19 dan mengalami penurunan kualitas sarana dan prasarana penunjang karena tidak terawat sejak tahun 2020. BUMDES Cipasung hendak melakukan studi kelayakan untuk renovasi dan pembukaan kembali Sisi Sagara dengan nama baru Sisaga Land. Pembukaan Sisaga land sebagai desitinasi wisata diharapkan dapat memberikan sumber pendapatan bagi BUMDES Cipasung. Studi kelayakan akan dilakukan utamanya dengan menggunakan NPV dan analisa skenario guna memperoleh estimasi biaya dan pendapatan yang diperoleh dari berbagai situasi.
