Abstract
The rapid growth of MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in Indonesia has increased the market competition and encourages MSMEs to think critically, identify key problems in their business, and drive new innovations for future growth. Problem faced by MSME may vary in operations, marketing, strategy, or finance aspects. However, the root cause of these problem lies in the quality of the human resources as the key executors. Without proper education, it is difficult for MSME to improve and sustain in the market. This issue is evident in the case of Bakso Malang Barokah, a high potential business run by housewives that is restrained by limited human resources. The problem will be addressed by implementing intensive training for housewives entrepreneurs. A structural hierarchy will also made specifically for Bakso Malang Barokah, weighted by the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) BMB framework using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. These efforts aim to ensure that business decisions made by the partners are more structured and well-directed. MSME mentoring is carried out comprehensively and uses instructional education methods with the aim of developing human resources that focus on the sustainability of Bakso Malang Barokah MSMEs. The instructional methods employed include demonstration methods and tutorial methods. Overall, the implementation of the BMB work program is considered to be successful because it has achieved the goals and provided a positive impact.
