Abstract
The Community Development Program organized by Universitas Prasetiya Mulya aims to enhance the performance and operational efficiency of micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) in Kuningan Regency, West Java. Camperniq, a handicraft manufacturer specializing in macramé and beadwork, faces challenges regarding brand consistency and marketing strategies. This program involves a successful rebranding effort that strengthens Camperniq's identity, alongside effective digital marketing methods to reach a broader audience. Research indicates that offline sales methods through bazaars contribute significantly to revenue, emphasizing the importance of face-to-face sales strategies. In addition to empowering UMKM, the program includes social activities such as entrepreneurship seminars, Child Identity Card (KIA) creation, stunting awareness campaigns, and English language instruction. The program's outcomes demonstrate a substantial improvement in Camperniq's business performance and positive impacts on the community of Desa Manislor, supporting sustainable development at the local level. Collaboration among educational institutions, government entities, and local communities has proven effective in fostering enduring positive change.
