Abstract
The purpose of this study is to further enhance the capability and the business performance of Modacake, a small-scale bakery Business operated by Ibu Onih in Gandasoli Village. The main aim of the program is derived from the market research done to the market of Kuningan during Car Free Day, in which it is discovered that although Modacake already has a reliable market, their market does not know the additional value of buying the products of Modacake. With that being the background of our study, the remaining programs revolve around how we best enhance the high potential Modacake has towards its large and growing market. This is done through three of its main divisions, those being operating, marketing and financing. In operations, we improve quality control by acquiring new assets, replacing outdated equipment, and upgrading product packaging for better sustainability and long-distance delivery. In marketing, we refine market research and enhance social media content, particularly on Instagram, to better highlight Modacake's unique value proposition. For financing, we educate on cost management and journaling systems to ensure accurate pricing and sustainable business practices. We also provide a profit projection based on Modacake's historical growth and potential staffing increases, setting a clear goal for the future.
