Abstract
The Community Development (Comdev) Program initiated by Universitas Prasetiya Mulya aims to empower local communities through collaborative efforts between students and small businesses. One of the program's partners is Camilan Chaca, a small business located in Kuningan Village that produces various food products, including Angling Dharma, a traditional dodol (sticky rice cake) passed down through generations and well-known among the local villagers. However, after conducting a needs assessment, the research group identified several challenges faced by the business, such as the absence of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), which are essential for maintaining consistency in food production. Additionally, the business had not yet implemented proper bookkeeping practices and was not using the QRIS payment system to facilitate digital transactions. Based on these findings, the group developed a work program aimed at empowering the community by enhancing knowledge in entrepreneurship, management, technology, and local economic development. The group assisted in designing SOPs focused on ensuring product consistency in terms of texture and taste. Furthermore, the group supported the business in improving its financial records, which were previously mixed with personal accounts and manually tracked. This initiative included introducing digital payment methods (QRIS) and implementing more structured financial reporting, such as calculating the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and preparing financial statements. Through effective collaboration, the program is expected to positively impact the development of the small business and the welfare of the local community.
