Abstract

Cilaja Village has significant economic potential in the food industry. Raos Rasana, UMKM managed by Mrs. Inah Dasrinah, focuses on the production of fried shallots, kentang mustofa (crispy potato sticks), and rempeyek (traditional crispy peanut crackers). However, Mrs. Inah faces challenges in marketing and financial management. The 2024 Community Development Program by Prasetiya Mulya University aims to enhance Mrs. Inah's knowledge and skills in managing Raos Rasana. The methods employed include direct mentoring, training, and the implementation of digital marketing strategies. This program is expected to increase Raos Rasana's brand awareness, boost sales revenue, and assist Mrs. Inah in achieving her business goals.
