The Prasetiya Mulya International Doctoral Colloquium and Conference is organized to be a forum for academics and practitioners in the field of business management and entrepreneurship to meet, exchange views, share research results related to issues in business management and entrepreneurship. The theme for the 2024 Doctoral Colloquium is “Advancing Research and Collaboration in Business Management and Entrepreneurship”. The scope of the topic discussion is not only limited to the fields of Business Management and Entrepreneurship, but also includes other more specific fields, such as Finance & Accounting, Marketing, Operations & Decision, Human Resources Management, Strategic & Economics, and Tourism.

The Doctoral Colloquium aims to contribute to a transformative journey for doctoral students, who will not only receive feedback on their doctoral research but will also learn about the fundamentals of a doctoral journey, such as research methods, publishing from a PhD, and reviewing for journals, as well as receiving advice on academic career options. Doctoral Colloquium provides an entrance point into a larger community of peers and active management scholars.

All submitted proposals, papers and posters will be double-blind-reviewed by members of the scientific committee. The panelists consist of highly experienced researchers who are able to offer important advice on subject, methodology and approach.

Doctoral Colloquium provides an important opportunity for doctoral students to present their work-in-progress to a distinguished academic panel, and to receive helpful feedback.
